• What time will my bed be delivered?
  

  • This response relates to Category #1 beds only: We deliver beds Monday through Thursday, and delivery time is between 11:00AM and 3:00PM. Due to several factors, time of delivery will vary by day and we cannot narrow an expected arrival time beyond that, nor guarantee a specific time we will be able to arrive within that span.
    
    

• Who picks the beds up / What size vehicle would be needed?

  • People and other non-profit groups come to our warehouse to pick up #2 beds that are given free as they are not cleaned, sanitized, or delivered. They use any size vehicle and we supply the twine to tie the beds onto their vehicles. There is a line up every day at opening time. An example of other non-profit groups are Safe Houses, Rehab Houses, Summer Camps, Shelters, Etc. Our Free Bed Warehouse hours are: 12:00PM - 4:00PM.
    
    

• What size beds do you have?

  • Twins / Extra Long Twins / Doubles / Queens / Kings
    
    

• Do you have any new beds?

  • No, we only have used beds.
    
    

• Can I donate my used bed to  WRAGS?

  • We do not accept donations from the public. Please note that this includes beds that you may have received from us, once a bed leaves our warehouse we do not accept returns.
    
    

• How can I dispose of my old bed?

  • Due to the high cost involved in recycling mattresses we are unable to recycle your old bed for you. We recommend Canadian Mattress Recycling, the environmentally friendly choice for bed disposal.
